About the Founder

Prior to conceptualizing NueArc Lifescience, Jyotika , from Nov 2003 till Dec 2015, has held various positions such as supply chain executive and Business Development Manager. Her varied roles at different stages of supply management have helped her to get a hands-on experience of the supply management chain. Jyotika received her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Jyotika is driven by a focused approach and a persistent desire to rise above challenges. Her imaginative solutions to bottlenecks in the supply chain and her habit of viewing criticism as learning opportunities,   has won the faith and support of India’s renowned pharmaceutical companies with whom she worked in the past 14 years . She believes in maintaining complete transparency with her clients and In establishing free flowing communication channels.

Her reputation and experience of more than a decade have made NueArc a trusted name in the Healthcare Industry in a very short time. Jyotika is a passionate reader and likes to keep herself abreast with the changes in market trends. It is her vision to bring new novel molecules to India and to make healthcare products affordable in the Indian market.

She launched her first brand – Spega, Intimate Wash for females in Jan’2021 and is now actively spreading awareness in females about hygiene.
